This is the Victims of the ICAC website

Its purpose is to be a permanent repository of information about how the NSW ICAC has affected people who have been investigated by this permanent “independent” commission and, in many instances, had their lives ruined.

The website will be built out over time with stories and documentation that demonstrate the methods used by the ICAC and the lengths to which it has gone to deliver its verdicts. 

Lets start with a few home truths about this star chamber: 

• The Rule of Law doesn’t apply to the ICAC

• Much of what the ICAC does is done in secret hearings

• There are no rules of evidence

• There are no self protection defences

• You will be locked up if you refuse to answer the ICAC’s questions

• There is no merit review available from the ICAC’s “judgments”
